Some Rainy Sunday Music
The past few days have consisted of nothing but me reading blogs for hours on end, listening to new music, watching horrible movies that are actually fairly funny, and going to the sick ass We Are The Fury concert. Music blogs are going to take over the world, being that you can read about an emerging artist, download 2 or 3 tracks of their music and be linked to their official and or myspace page. And that is just sick! Even if the band isn’t as good as you thought they might be, just keep looking because one of these bands could change your life…here are a few that have changed mine.

It’s Kinda DICEY
Went to the Rediscover show last night at Headliners in Toledo and it was pretty good stuff. Met some cool people and had the only white russian in the house. I am beginning to hate the video I had planned on posting soon so I decided I would throw up some older vids from youtube that aren’t linked on this site yet. Stay up, stay on, shine bright like neon.
Life In Rain
I was just bummin around the internet today and stummbled across a video I made for my buddy Tom a few months back. He needed to make a 5 minute story for one of his classes so we went out a couple days and shot some skating and what have you and this is what came out of it all. Matt Hanson supplies not only massive website knowledge but is also fully capable of playing the perfect smoking man on break (and no offense Tom or Frank, but he steals the show) I also noticed that this video has been viewed 509 times on youtube! Tom is pullin mad weight in this town!
Round the Corner
I’ve been kind of working on a video for the past two days and was hoping to be able to post it today, but working a collective 18 hours in these two days has prevented me from being satisfied. HOWEVER! I was completely satisfied when I remembered about the hilarious mid 90’s HBO show, Mr. Show with Bob and David. David Cross is all too hilarious in this skit so check it…
Monday Has Never Been So Productive!
I got an e-mail today from a good friend questioning the excistence of a video that I had made at the end of this past school year. I had forgotten that this piece had ever excisted in the first place and I was delighted when I found it on my hard drive. But the real pleasure came when I realized that I had two other videos that I made around that time, but never posted anywhere on the internet. So if you like skateboarding, colors, tailslides, Wade Vickers, Gabe Venditti, Four Tet, Nick Drake songs or hick dudes who tell you that “you can’t be doin that here” then tune into these three videos, cuz you are in for a treat.
Night Light Strip
Last night was a blast kickin it with Craig, not only because we must absorb the little time we have left living in close quarters but because we took at least 30 pictures with my cell phone and they were all equally funny or sweet at one point in time. I made a new video from some of these photos and it actually turned out better than I had imagined it would…so check it homes
The Forest Will Give Us The Answers
So I found this contest online being put on by Asthmatic Kitty Records (most notable artist being Sufjan Stevens). The objective of this contest is to remix, mashup or cover a song by a band from Canada (British Columbia) called Shapes and Sizes who just recently signed to the label.
